This co.has refused to refund our money and cancel our contract after we moved out of state. Sept.9,2016 we bought a cremation plan. Contract No.XXXXXXXXXXXX , Contract No.XXXXXXXXXXXX. *** for **** ******** and *** for ***** ********. $1495.00 each. These were paid in full Nov.2,2018. In Nov. 2019 we decided to move to Ark from Fla. At that time we asked about transfering the plan to Ark. We were informed that was no problem just have the Funeral Home uphere contact them and it would be fine. We contacted the Doty Funeral Home here in Horseshoe Bend Ark. in Jan.of 2020. They in turn contacted the Ft. Myers Home. The Ft. Myers Home would not transfer the contract without a letter from us. No problem. We then sent a letter to them wishing to transfer up here. They said when you die we will pay the home up there the $1495.00. This left the one left with any expenses that were over the $1495. If the plan is cancelled in Fla. and we buy it up here there will be no more expenses as the Home here will be collecting the interest on the money not Ft Myers. We have made many calls to Ft.Myers and they keep making excuses and miss statements like we sent the money to your credit card we did not give them a credit card, and if they had a debit card the accounts have been closed for months. The latest runaround is it takes 30 days to get a refund. It has been 4 MONTHS way more than 30 days. We contacted them last week 4/14/2020 and said if we have not had any satisfaction in a week we would be taking action.. You are the first step .Thank you **** ** ******** and ***** ********

We just want our MONEY and no more LIES thanks …
